Can I pick up my items?
No. All ZyppCart auctions are shipping only.
Do you ship to the United States?
No, we ship within Canada only. Orders with a U.S. address are cancelled with a 15% fee.
Do I pay shipping for every item I win?
No. Shipping is charged once per complete invoice, based on your combined winning bids.
Can I cancel a bid?
All bids are binding, so please only bid on items you intend to buy.
How soon will my order arrive?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days after payment. You'll get tracking by email once your label is created.
