    All orders are shipped. Local pickup isn't available.

    HiBid auction wins have their own shipping rates, charged once per combined invoice. See the Auctions page.

Do you ship to the United States?

No. We currently ship within Canada only.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Estimated delivery options are shown at checkout, and you'll get tracking by email once your order ships.

What are your shipping rates?

Standard shipping is $12.00, and free on orders of $75 or more. Express shipping is $20.00. Your final shipping cost is always shown at checkout.

Do you offer local pickup?

No. All orders are shipped.

Are your products new or open box?

We sell both. Each product listing shows its condition. Open-box items have opened packaging and are tested for basic functionality unless the listing says otherwise.

What if there's a problem with my order?

Email support@zyppcart.com with your order number and a short description. If an item arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, please include photos. Our return terms are in the Refund Policy.

How do HiBid auctions work?

Our auctions run on HiBid. Create a free HiBid account, register for the auction, and bid before lots close. Winners receive an invoice by email. Full details, fees and shipping rates are on our Auctions page.
